Published by Dorlion Interactive — Last updated: 2026-03-08
Data Collection
Global Protocol is primarily an offline, single-player game. We are committed to respecting your privacy.
What We Collect
- Crash Reports: Unity Cloud Diagnostics is enabled. When the application encounters an unrecoverable error, anonymous crash data (stack traces, device info, Unity version) is automatically sent to Unity's servers. No personally identifiable information (PII) is included.
- Local Save Files: Game progress is saved locally to your device in the application's persistent data directory. Save files are never transmitted to external servers.
- Local Log Files:
The application writes diagnostic log files to a
Logs/folder within the persistent data directory. These files remain on your device and are not transmitted externally.
What We Do NOT Collect
- ◆ No personal information (name, email, IP address)
- ◆ No gameplay telemetry or analytics
- ◆ No advertising identifiers
- ◆ No location data
- ◆ No social media information
Steam Integration
If you purchased the game through Steam, Valve's Steam client may collect data according to the Steam Privacy Policy. Global Protocol itself does not collect additional data through Steam beyond what is required for Steam Cloud save synchronization (if enabled by the user).
How to Opt Out
- ◆ Steam Cloud: Disable Steam Cloud sync in the game's Settings menu or through Steam's per-game properties.
Children's Privacy
Global Protocol does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. The game contains no account system, no in-app purchases, and no online communication features.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the game evolves. Material changes will be noted in the game's patch notes and this document's "Last updated" date.
